Lake County also has an "Incubator" building where a manufacturing business can start out. It is very inexpensive but not meant for long term use - typically businesses have the opportunity to start small and get their business up and running within 3 years then either buy property and build or buy an existing building.  The rent is .25cents per square foot with the first year paying only 40% of that and the second year 60% then full price of .25cents per sq.ft in the final, third year.
