"Lake County's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 12.4 percent in November.  In October, the rate was 12.9 percent.  One year ago, in November 2010, the rate was 13.2 percent.  Overall the county lost 80 jobs in November.  Typically the county loses 50 jobs this time of year.

Total employment in Lake County fell by 40 jobs from the November 2010 level.  The largest loss was in construction (-50).  The largest gain was in manufacturing (+30).  Over the year, local government lost 10 jobs."
